Are the decorations in the photos included?

Yes! All of the decorations show in the pictures will be included during set up. The trailers will come fully decorated.

Do the trailers come stocked with toiletries?

Yes! The portable restrooms will come stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and premium hand soap.

When will the trailers be dropped off and picked up?

The trailers are typically dropped off the day before the event and picked up the day after. However,  we are flexible and can arrange for drop off/pickup on the day of the event when specified in advance.

Is my security deposit deducted from the rental rate?

We require all clients to pay a security deposit in case of damages or the need for excessive cleaning. This deposit will also secure the reservation date. The security deposits are completely separate from the rental rate, and must be paid in addition to the total balance. Security deposits will be refunded after pick up and inspection. Deposits will not be refunded if there is damage or messes that exceed the normal use.

Do you deliver outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area?

Yes, we travel statewide! There is an additional delivery fee for events held outside of the Phoenix area. Delivery fee rates vary based on location. All quotes will include the estimated delivery fee.

Is there anything I need to provide on site?

 The water cottages need access to water and electrical hookups within 100 ft of the desired trailer placement. We provide all necessary hoses and cords!
